The paper discusses the history of post-Soviet Georgia, including the Civil War, the Rose Revolution, the post-revolutionary period, the 2020 parliamentary elections, and its aftermath. It discusses how the foreign politics of the country was transforming throughout time. At the same time, the paper discusses the problems and challenges the country encountered after gaining independence and tries to identify the causes of these problems. A significant part of the dissertation is devoted to solving the issues by introducing the new scientific theory. This theory enables the classification of different types of nations and their incorporation into international politics based on the functions/roles corresponding to the kind of nation.
