The topic of the research of the present dissertation is the Kurdish issue, namely the idea of the creation of a united Kurdish state and the challenges of Kurds in different countries of the Middle East, also the perspectives of solutions to the Kurdish issue. Within the research, the importance of the Kurdish issue in terms of regional and global political context is analyzed. Within the framework of the dissertation research, the historical and political aspects of the Kurdish issues were studied, in particular, the shortcomings and flaws of the national liberation struggle, the stages of political and social development, and key moments of regional and international politics. The paper also discusses the positions of global actors on Kurdish issues and the idea of creating a Kurdish state.
