Ivliane Dzneladze, scientific researcher of our center, will present his paper - “The Problem of European Strategic Autonomy: Decoding Irremovable Obstacles of Unanimity and Cyclic Logic of Development” - at the 8th international multidisciplinary conference. 

The conference will be held on December 18-19, this year, in Tbilisi. 

The conference is organized by the European Institute for Research and Development (EIRD).
